Referral Reward Terms

Solar Lumen Systems may offer a referral reward of up to $500 to eligible individuals who refer a homeowner through our referral program.
How the Program Works
To make a referral, you may submit the homeowner’s information with their permission, or have the homeowner contact Solar Lumen Systems and identify you as the referring person.
A referral reward may be paid only when all of the following occur:
- The referred homeowner is a new Solar Lumen Systems contact.
- The referred homeowner completes a qualifying project through an eligible service-provider partner.
- The qualifying project is fully completed and all required payments have been received.
- Any cancellation, rescission, refund, or dispute period has ended.
Reward Amount
The standard referral reward is up to $500 per qualifying referral. Solar Lumen Systems may change, pause, or end the referral program at any time.
Eligibility and Exclusions
Referrals must be genuine and made with the homeowner’s permission. You may not submit false, duplicate, misleading, or unauthorized referrals.
Referral rewards are not available for:
- Duplicate or existing contacts
- Referrals submitted without the homeowner’s permission
- Canceled or unpaid projects
- Projects that do not meet the qualifying requirements
- Employees, contractors, or affiliates of Solar Lumen Systems, unless approved in writing
Payment
Eligible rewards will be issued after the qualifying project has been completed and all eligibility requirements have been confirmed. Processing time may vary.
Taxes
Referral rewards may be taxable income. Recipients are responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations related to rewards they receive. Solar Lumen Systems may request tax information when required by law.
No Guarantee
Submitting a referral does not guarantee that the referred homeowner will qualify, purchase a project, complete a project, or result in a referral reward.
